In Memory of David Nixon

Dear friends, sisters and brothers. We were saddened to hear of the recent death of David Nixon. Those who were around IBTS in the Prague days will know that David was a wonderful, warm, servant-hearted person. He was an important figure in the leadership of IBTS over many years helping to steer through times of transition. We remember him fondly and extend our condolences and greetings to his family.
Mike Pears, Director.

The Baptist Times writes: 'After ten years of serving with the Union, David decided to offer his financial skills and experience to the rapidly growing European Baptist Federation. He served as Treasurer of the EBF and was a crucial player in the move of the Baptist Seminary in Ruschlikon, Switzerland, to a new location in Prague, Czech Republic. He devoted many years to the newly named International Baptist Theological Seminary (IBTS).'
