We are delighted to introduce you to the newest member of our Amsterdam team! Anna joined at the beginning of the month as our Administrator for Courses, Events and Library. To help you get to know her, we sat down with Anna to ask a few questions:
Who are you and where are you from?
I’m Anna and I’m originally from Hungary. I’ve lived mostly in Budapest but am now located in the Hague. I moved to the Netherlands in 2020 during the pandemic - it was an interesting time to move to a new country!
What made you want to be a part of IBTS?
I really wanted to work in an environment where I could focus on the values I hold dear. I felt like this was the right place to do that. My Christian belief is important to me and I wanted to be in community with people who shared this. Some of my passions are arts, learning and human rights, so to be part of an organisation that offer courses on these topics made me feel like I would be part of something bigger.
How will you be serving the IBTS community?
I will be offering on-site library support and I will also be joining the Learning Network team with some administrative tasks. It’s still a work in progress, but I want to help support the students find their way around the library.
