David McMillan, BSc, MPhil, PhD, studied at the University of Ulster, the Irish Baptist College, Queen’s University Belfast and the VU Amsterdam. David currently serves as Managing Editor of the Amsterdam Series in Baptist and Mennonite Theology. He is also an International Consultant for the Board of the Arab Baptist Theological Seminary, and External Advisor on Academic Quality Assurance for the Irish Baptist College
"My research interests include:
- the nature, significance and impact of convictions in theological and ecclesial formation and praxis,
- the concept of Just Peacemaking as developed and promoted by Glen Stassen
- Christian Social Ethics/theological ethics including the use of scripture and moral/theological imagination"
